There were no kilt factories back then, and each kilt was made carefully by hand with pride. Over time, they became a symbol of the heritage and culture of Scotland and began to be worn by everyone. As time has passed, the long-standing history and art of making kilts has fallen to the wayside in favor of manufactured kilts that have lost their richness and quality.
