* We ask that all clients clean their hands before entering the clinic - we have hand sanitizer available on the porch.
* Please follow the signs when arriving at the clinic, ring the doorbell and wait for a staff member to direct you.
* Please be prepared to wait outside or in your car as we are only allowing a limited number of people inside at one time.
* While waiting outside, please ensure proper physical distancing with other clients and pets - and please avoid petting other people's pets (even if they are really cute!)
* Once in the exam room, the veterinarian will maintain proper social distancing - you may be asked to wait in the exam room while your pet is taken to the treatment room for any necessary procedures.
* Each exam room is carefully disinfected between clients, and we will open all doors for you to limit your contact on surfaces. Credit card terminals and front counter is disinfected after each client.
* If you are needing refills of medication, food, or other items, please call ahead for curb side pick up. We can take payment over the phone if possible. As some supplies are taking longer to get to us, we advise you to allow more time for your orders to come in. Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills.
* By now we all know the drill, but just in case, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or have travelled outside of B. C. in the past two weeks, please do not enter the building - call us to discuss your needs.
