Otter Valley Fish & Game Club – Home of the Otter Valley Fish & Game Club
The Otter Valley Fish and Game Club founded in 1959 by William Manion. Ray Brewer was the first President and for over 60 years the club has been actively involved in the protection of our flora, fauna, water, land with a focus on our wildlife.
The Club was involved with the development of the park on the south end of Otter Lake and worked with the Provincial government to create the park at the north end of Otter Lake.
The Club has been involved with many projects including lakeshore clean-up, campsite maintenance, and sharing with Provincial fishery and hunting departments.
The Club has property in Tulameen that houses a sanctioned shooting range, a clubhouse, and a caretaker’s cabin. The Club hosts an annual kid’s Easter Egg hunt, combined with a family pancake breakfast, among other things in and around the communities within the territory we influence.
The Club supports and promotes good ethics for all who use our great outdoors. As members of the National Firearms Association, we have the best insurance coverage for any member to legally, hunt, fish, or use a gun range anywhere in Canada or the United States.
The Club always welcomes new members who would like to help preserve our wildlife and habitat, use our shooting range, and support our communities.
