As a Senior Data Solutions & Reporting Analyst, you will autonomously contribute to various and diverse Retail Sales & Service projects and initiatives. You have a very strong and clear knowledge of both the breadth and depth of various products and sources (ie. Life, Wealth, P&C, Group, Edge, Federated, PLCM, Compensation) within the organization and how to integrate to deliver data and analytics reporting solutions. You are creative and resourceful in integrating and developing these solutions to meet the very high-paced, high-demand and the ever-evolving needs of RSS business partners and use your strong business acumen to impart knowledge and translate technical needs into business value.
How you will create impact:- Integrate diverse data sources to deliver high-value analytics for business partners.
- Build scalable, automated data solutions using advanced programming and cloud platforms.
- Develop clear, actionable reports that support effective decision-making.
- Translate technical needs into business value, aligning solutions with strategic goals.
- Share expertise and coach team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Solve complex problems and recommend improvements that support key initiatives.
- 6–9 years of experience in data analysis, programming, and data management.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and experience with cloud platforms like Azure and Databricks.
- Ability to design and develop reporting solutions using tools such as PowerBI, MSTR, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities to work effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.â¯
