The RoleWe are looking for a fully remote team member who can work from anywhere in Canada. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required because training will be provided. You will support the sales team with daily tasks, help manage customer information, and assist in keeping the sales process organized and efficient.
Primary Duties- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Enter and update customer and sales data
- Help prepare basic sales reports and documents
- Coordinate with team members on customer requests
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries when needed
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Basic computer skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions

- Able to work independently in a remote environment
